Meredith Hudson, LPC, LADAC, graduated with her Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Monticello in 2010 and Master's in Mental Health and Clinical Counseling from Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia in 2014. She is dually licensed in Arkansas as a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Alcoholism and Drug Addiction Counselor. She has worked at numerous local agencies throughout her career and has gained valuable experience from each of these.

She had advanced training in crisis intervention, substance abuse and in-depth de-escalation through CLEST/Arkansas Law Enforcement Officers. Her theoretical style involves, but is not limited to Cognitive Behavioral, Reality Based, Person-Centered, Acceptance and Commitment, Dialectical Behavioral therapies and sampling from other modalities as well. Meredith works with children, individuals and families.
 
Meredith has a lengthy history of coordinating various services within the 10th Judicial District, local jails, rural hospitals and the Arkansas State Hospital. She has been counseling individuals and families in the Southeast Arkansas area for over 11 years. Although Meredith is very direct, she is compassionate towards her clients and encourages them to come as they are.
 
Meredith is married to Justen, has two children (Leah and Reagan) and is a Christian. She enjoys spending time with her family/friends, attending church, indulging in a cup of coffee daily, has an eclectic taste in music genres, cheering her children on in sports and is always receptive to learning about other cultures.
