Dr. Griffin obtained a Bachelor's in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University, a Master's in Social Work from Louisiana State University, and a Doctorate in Social Work from Capella University. Dr. Griffin's doctoral capstone project was called "Assessing the Need for Social Work in Rural Hospital Settings."
Dr. Griffin is a LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapist. She also specializes in Marriage and Family Therapy along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She has experience in children and family services, inpatient psychiatric settings, outpatient therapy, and rural hospitals.
Dr. Griffin resides in Crossett, Arkansas, with her husband, Willie, and their three kids. She enjoys spending time with her family, attending LSU football games, and reading.
