Katy Brown is a Provisionally Licensed Master Social Worker (PLMSW) who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, respect, and understanding. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Monticello and her Master of Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
Katy has been with Mainline Health Systems since 2021 and values the organization’s commitment to providing quality, compassionate care to ALL. Katy has several years of experience in the mental health field and has worked as both a Case Manager and a Qualified Behavioral Health Provider (QBHP), gaining experience with clients of various ages and a wide range of mental health diagnoses.
She utilizes evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, strengths-based interventions, and a trauma-informed approach to meet each client’s unique needs.
Katy believes that no one should have to face life’s struggles alone. She is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered, and considers it a privilege to walk alongside individuals as they work toward healing, growth, and hope.
