Dr. Constance Williams Chapman received her Doctor of Medicine in 2018 from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. In addition, Dr. Chapman holds a Master of Science degree in Medical Physiology from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine as well as a Masters in Public Health from Tulane University School of Medicine. A Pine Bluff native, Dr. Chapman is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and completed her residency at Lehigh Valley Health Network, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
