Friday Clinic Hours: All of our Health Clinics are open Fridays from 8:00 AM-12:00PM, with the exception of our Monticello Clinic which is open Fridays 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.

Our Monticello Clinic is also open on Saturdays from 8:00 AM-12:00PM. If you need assistance after hours, call 870-501-5541.

Go to Mainline Health Clinic when you need treatment right away for minor illnesses and injuries, including:

  • Covid testing
  • Cuts, scrapes, or minor bleeding/injury
  • Ear infection
  • Sore throat
  • Fever, cold, flu, cough
  • Minor burns
  • Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or constipation
  • Nosebleed
  • Pain in your body that is not caused by the heart
  • Chronic disease refills
  • UTI

Go to the Emergency Room when you need immediate treatment for serious life-threatening illnesses & injuries, including:

  • Chest pain
  • Coughing up blood
  • Vomiting blood
  • Head injuries with loss of consciousness
  • Heat stroke or dehydration
  • High fever with stiff neck, mental confusion, or difficulty breathing
  • Severe bleeding
