Mainline Health Systems, Inc. is requesting written bids for lawn care services at its primary care clinic locations across Southern Arkansas. Bidders may submit bids for one or more locations. Bidders should clearly identify each location included in their bid and list pricing separately for each location. Clinic location addresses can be found at mainlinehealth.net.
Scope of Services:
Routine lawn care services, including but not limited to mowing; trimming and edging; blowing and cleanup of sidewalks, entrances, and parking areas; and general grounds maintenance. Bidders may include details regarding service frequency, equipment used, and any additional services offered.
Service Term:
The anticipated service term is one (1) year, beginning upon contract award, with the option to renew upon mutual agreement. Bids should indicate proposed service frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, seasonal, etc.), pricing structure (monthly or annual), and any optional services with associated costs.

Insurance and Licensing:
Bidders must maintain general liability insurance and any other insurance required by law, workers’ compensation insurance in accordance with Arkansas law, and all licenses and permits required to perform lawn care services in the State of Arkansas. Proof of insurance and licensing may be requested prior to contract award.
