The CHQR badge program recognizes outstanding performance in a variety of clinical areas, including behavioral health, maternal health, diabetes health, heart health, cancer screening, and HIV prevention and care, as well as overall quality performance. MHSI is proud to be a part of HRSA’s Health Center Program. It is a cornerstone of our country’s health care system, especially for individuals and families who are uninsured; enrolled in Medicaid; living in rural, remote, or underserved areas; struggling to afford their health insurance co-pays; experiencing homelessness; residing in public housing; or otherwise having difficulty finding a doctor or paying for the cost of care. MHSI is devoted to improving health outcomes, battling health disparities, and serving rural areas in Southeast Arkansas.
Jeni Barham, Chief Quality Officer at MHSI, states, “It takes the entire care team front to back, all support services and resources to take care of our patients. And that is what MHSI does best. Works as a team, tries to fill every void in care the patient has, and make them as healthy as possible.”
