The CHQR program recognizes outstanding performance in various clinical areas and overall quality performance using data from the most recent Uniform Data System (UDS) reporting period. MHSI is proud to have been awarded in the following categories:
- Health Center Quality Leader - Gold Status: For achieving top 10% in clinical quality metrics. This is the third consecutive year that MHSI has achieved Gold Status.
- National Quality Leader - Heart Health: For excellence in heart health care.
