National Health Center Week (NHCW) is reserved to honor and highlight community health centers across America. It shines a spotlight on the dedication and hard work of community healthcare workers, boards members, and anyone that plays a role within community health centers.
NHCW will be celebrated August 6th - August 12th of 2023, and the theme this year is "The Roadmap to a Stonger America."
This year, MHSI wanted to do something special for National Health Center Week, and have a proclamation done to celebrate. Mayor Jason Akers of Monticello, Arkansas graciously agreed to do the proclamation, read it, and presented it to the MHSI Monticello Clinic staff.
