Mainline Health Systems, Inc. has received the 2026 Arkansas Governor’s Quality Award at the Challenge Level from the Arkansas Institute for Performance Excellence (AIPE), recognizing its commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and performance excellence. The award was presented October 29, 2026 at the 32nd Annual Governor’s Quality Award Celebration in Little Rock.

“This recognition reflects our team’s unwavering commitment to the people and communities we serve. The Governor’s Quality Award process challenged us to listen, learn, and continuously improve so we can provide the highest quality care close to home,” said CEO G. Allan Nichols. “While we’re proud of this achievement, we’re even more proud of the progress we’ve made in strengthening services and improving the patient experience across our communities.”

The organization remains committed to a culture of continuous growth and excellence, using data, teamwork, and community feedback to further elevate the care and services provided throughout the region.

“Earning a Governor’s Quality Award at any level takes real commitment,” said Trish Villines, Executive Director of the Arkansas Institute for Performance Excellence. “Mainline Health identified key organizational characteristics such as mission, vision, and strategic position to prepare for moving to a higher award level and beginning to describe and evaluate its key processes and results.
