Formerly known as the Winston Clinic, Sheridan Medical Clinic joined the Mainline Health Systems, Inc. team in April 2022. We want to reassure the community that you can expect the same excellent care from Sheridan Medical Clinic team you know and trust. Mainline Health is excited to be a part of Grant County and the Sheridan community. We are located on Little Creek Road in Sheridan. Our hours of operation are Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, and Friday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
Medical
Mainline Health Sheridan Medical Clinic is the longest established and largest clinic in Grant County. We are a family-oriented organization, and we offer high-quality and compassionate care. We offer a full range of Primary Care services including routine/sick visits, wellness exams, bloodwork and more. We see children of all ages and even offer childhood immunizations. Sheridan Medical Clinic also offers treatment for injuries. We do suturing, x-ray with casting for fractures, and we are in close proximity for specialty referrals. With 20 exam rooms, we can take care of all your healthcare needs for the entire family.
If you are a Medicare recipient, ask about our Chronic Care Management Program (CCM). This program helps with everything from scheduling appointments to medication management, to community resources. For more information about our CCM program, you may call 870-568-3663.
Behavioral Health
In addition to Primary Care, the Sheridan Clinic also offers Behavioral Health services. Behavioral Health services include intergrated care for patients that my be experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief or other emotional/psychological concerns. The Behavioral Health consultant works closely with the Primary Care team to better support your well-being by understanding and treating behavioral and mental conditions that may affect your physical health.
Medication-Assisted Treatment Program
The MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) program is designed to help patients that suffer from opioid substance use disorder. Medication is prescribed and administered in an outpatient setting by a designated medical professional. The prescription medication is used to treat opioid substance use disorders and to prevent opioid overdose. The main purpose of the MAT program is to help patients make a full recovery from debilitating diseases such as addiction and substance use disorders.
