Chief Executive Officer
Allan Nichols,CEO of Mainline Health Systems Inc., graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello with a bachelor's degree in science.
Allan joined Mainline in September of 2008. Before joining the Mainline team, he was the owner of a multi-line insurance agency in Northwest Arkansas.
Prior to owning his business, Allan worked in the marketing field, spending eight years as the marketing director for a large financial services corporation. He also served as the sales and marketing manager for a multinational industrial chemical corporation.
Manager of Lab and Radiology Services
Julia Barnes, Manager of Lab and Radiology Services, attended the University of Louisiana Monroe, where she graduated with a bachelors degree in Clinical Laboratory Science. From 2008-2018 she worked as a Medical Technologist in a hospital laboratory. Julia is a native of Monticello and joined the Mainline team in 2018.
Andre Lewis is Licensed Certified Social Worker with an extensive background in Medical Social Work and Behavioral Health. He is a 1992 graduate of the University of Mississippi and completed his graduate education in 1997 from The University of Southern Mississippi & at The University of Louisiana-Monroe in 2019. In addition to his clinical leadership skills he has also served on the faculty of Mississippi State University and The University of Arkansas-Monticello as Assistant Professor and Director of the Social Work Department. Andre brings to Mainline a transformational spirit and a desire to serve those in need.
Byron Montgomery, APRN attended the University of Arkansas in Monticello where he received a bachelor of science in nursing. He then studied at the University of Texas at Arlington where he obtained a master of science in nursing. During his time as an RN, Byron worked in the emergency department of Christus St. Michael Health System in Texarkana, TX; Drew Memorial Hospital in Monticello, AR; and St. Francis North Hospital in Monroe, LA
Blair Pambianchi, RN, Clinic Manager for the South Clinics joined Mainline in February 2019. Blair started her nursing career as a LPN in 2006 and then completed her RN in 2007, both degrees where obtained at Baptist Health School of Nursing. She has worked in both the hospital and clinic settings at Chicot Memorial Medical Center, McGehee Hospital and McGehee Family Clinic.
Marketing and Recruitment Manager
Brittany Sears, Marketing and Recruitment Manager, graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello with her bachelor's degree in communications.
She joined Mainline in 2016. Prior to joining the Mainline team, she was employed in the healthcare field. Her background is in quality and public relations.
When Brittany is not serving the patients of Mainline, she is spending time with her husband and son and serving at Rose Hill Freewill Baptist Church.
Clinical Quality Manager
Katie Wilkerson, BSN, RN, and Clinical Quality Manager of Mainline Health Systems, Inc. graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello with her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing in 2017. She joined Mainline in 2018. Prior to coming to Mainline, she has worked in both the clinical and hospital settings, first as a LPN then a RN. She worked at Drew Memorial Hospital on the medical surgical floor and the ICU department in Monticello, AR and the McGehee Family Clinic in McGehee, AR.
Chief Operations Officer
David Mantz, MBA is our Chief Operations Officer. David recently joined Mainline Health Systems, Inc. in 2019. David holds a Master’s Degree in Business for Health Care Administration, a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management and an Associate of Science Degree in Respiratory Therapy. David brings over 30 years of healthcare experience, about half of which was as a Registered Respiratory Therapist, mostly in Pediatric Critical Care. David has served in leadership positions primarily focused on hospital and clinic operations including large and small hospitals, a variety of hospital departments and a cancer center. David’s focus will be performance improvement and a focus to keep driving the mission of Mainline to provide compassionate, quality care for everyone, regardless of ability to pay.
Courtney Keller, PharmD, attended the University of Central Arkansas where she received a Bachelor of Science in General Science. In 2015, she began pharmacy school at UAMS in Little Rock, AR, where she graduated with her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree in May of 2019. Courtney joined the Mainline team in August of 2019.
Cesilee Bixler, Controller of Mainline Health Systems, Inc. graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello with her Bachelor degree in Accounting. She joined Mainline in 2019. Prior to coming to Mainline, she worked in accounting in the industrial field.
Tasha Robertson, BSN, RN joined the Mainline team in 2013 as Assistant Director of Nursing. Tasha graduated from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2009. She began her nursing career at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff, AR as an Intensive Care Nurse. Tasha is a certified BLS instructor and certified in ACLS. Tasha now currently serves as Clinic Manager.
