Fauzia Qadir, MD

Dr. Qadir received her medical degree from the Universidad Tecnologica de Santiago in the Dominican Republic. She first came to Arkansas in 1998 and practiced medicine at the Arkansas Surgery and Endoscopy Center in Pine Bluff.

Dr. Qadir joined Mainline Health Systems in 2001 and practices at the Eudora office. She is board certified by the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Qadir's expertise is in the treatment of diabetes and hypertension. In 2008, she received the Best Physician Award, Community Healthcare Center.

Brenda Jacobs, APN

Ms. Jacobs received her Master of Science in Nursing from Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi. She began her medical career in Monticello, Arkansas in 1984 and joined Mainline Health Systems in 2009.
