Fauzia Qadir, MD
Board Certified in Family Practice
Monticello Office
Dr. Qadir received her medical degree from the Universidad Tecnologica de Santiago in the Dominican Republic. She first came to Arkansas in 1998 and practiced medicine at the Arkansas Surgery and Endoscopy Center in Pine Bluff.
Dr. Qadir joined Mainline Health Systems in 2001 and practices at the Eudora office before moving to the Monticello clinic in July 2010. She is board certified by the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Qadir's expertise is in the treatment of diabetes and hypertension. In 2008, she received the Best Physician Award, Community Health care Center.

Mindy Gallegos, APN
Dermott Office
Ms. Gallegos received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, AR. She began her career 1994 as a Registered Nurse at St. Joesph's Mercy Health Center in Hot Springs, AR, where she remained until she joined the Mainline team in February 2010 as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Mary Beth Swihart, APN
Portland Office
Ms. Swihart joined Mainline Health Systems in January 2010. She received her Master in Science of Nursing at Vanderbilt University in 2005.
She started working at Delta Regional Medical Center in Greenville, MS in 2006 before joining Mainline in 2010.

Ms. Jacobs received her Master of Science in Nursing from Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi. She began her medical career in Monticello, Arkansas in 1984 and joined Mainline Health Systems in 2009.

Debra Cole, MD
Board Certified in Internal Medicine
Portland Clinic
Dr. Cole graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 1982 receiving her Doctor of Medicine. She then became board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, September 1987. After completing her residency she served as Captain and Major in the United States Army.
Dr. Cole has many years of Medical Missionary experience including working in central China with the International China Concern to the youth for Christ in Burkina Faso, West Africa. She continues to go on several missions each year.
Dr. Cole has also received several awards which includes the Army Achievement Medal awarded in 1987 for the reorganization and increasing patient services in the Adult Ambulatory Care Clinic, Tripler Army Medical Center, Honolulu, Hawaii and the Spirit of America Volunteerism Award by the Heidelberg, Germany military community under the command of Major General Schalikavilich in 1990.
Dr. Cole joined the Mainline family in Summer 2010.back to

Jerry Scott Reifeiss, MD
Dermott Clinic
Board Eligible in Family Practice
Dr. Reifeiss graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 1986. He completed his residency program in 1989 at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine. During his early career Dr. Reifeiss worked at Private Practice clinics in Missouri, Texas and Arkansas before joining Mainline in July 2010.
Dr. Reifeiss is also fluent in Spanish.

Eudora Clinic
Dr. Thippeswamy received his medical degree from Jayadeva Jagadguru Murugharajendra Medical College in India. He then came to the United States and obtained a Masters of Science in Public Health at Texas A & M. Soon after he completed his residency in family medicine at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Tulsa, OK.
Dr. Thippeswamy joined Mainline Health Systems, Inc. in 2010 and practice in the Eudora Clinic.
