Mainline Health Systems, a not-for-profit organization, has provided affordable medical and dental care for the residents of Southeast Arkansas since 1978.
 

Every year, our healthcare professionals treat thousands of patients who either have no insurance or not enough insurance to cover essential health services. We will never deny care to those in need. Indeed, this is our mission: to provide compassionate, quality care for everyone, regardless of ability to pay.

At Mainline Health Systems, our highly-skilled doctors, nurses, dentists and dental hygienists use the latest advances and technology in health care to ensure you receive the best care possible. In addition to quality medical and dental services, we offer financial assistance and guidance to help you afford the healthy life you and your family deserve.

From our first office in Portland all those years ago, Mainline Health Systems has grown to four locations serving Arkansas residents in Chicot, Ashley, Drew and Desha Counties.

Committed to Our Communities

We are committed to the communities of Dermott, Portland, Eudora and Wilmot, Arkansas and believe in giving back to the communities we serve. Mainline Health participates in community activities on a regular basis, reaching out to the residents of Southeast Arkansas with free health care screenings throughout the year.

We also provide affordable physicals for students in local school athletic programs and offer special promotions on occasion, such as giving away free backpacks to all students who come in for a back-to-school check-up.

Management Team

G. Allan Nichols
Executive Director

Allan Nichols took on the position of Executive Director of Mainline Health Systems, Inc., on Sept., 8 2008. He comes to Mainline after two years as owner of a multi-line insurance agency in Northwest Arkansas. Prior to owning his business, Allan worked in the marketing field, spending eight years as the marketing director for large financial services corporation and serving as the sales and marketing manager for a multi-national industrial chemical corporation.

A native of Monticello, Ark., Allan is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Monticello. Allan is married to Season and has three children, Benjamin, 11, Rebecca, 7, and Bryan, 4.  

Mary Ann Scott
CFO

Mary Ann Scott has lived in southeast Arkansas all her life and has served as Mainline’s CFO for 11 years. A graduate of Fountain Hill High School, she majored in accounting at the University of Arkansas at Monticello and graduated with a business degree. Before joining Mainline, she helped a number of private businesses achieve financial success. Mary Ann is an active member of First Baptist Church in Hamburg and is on the board of the Southeast Arkansas chapter of Arkansas Community Foundation.
