Allan Nichols, Executive Director of Mainline Health Systems Inc., graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello with a bachelor's degree in science.
Allan joined Mainline in September of 2008. Before joining the Mainline team, he was the owner of a multi-line insurance agency in Northwest Arkansas.
Prior to owning his business, Allan worked in the marketing field, spending eight years as the marketing director for a large financial services corporation. He also served as the sales and marketing manager for a multinational industrial chemical corporation.
Allan works in the administration office. He is married to Season and enjoys family time with his three children; Benjamin, Rebecca, and Bryan.
Tafta McCain, CFO of Mainline Health Systems Inc., graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello with a bachelor's degree in science. Tafta later studied accounting at the University of Louisiana at Monroe, earning a bachelor's degree in business administration.
Tafta joined Mainline in June of 2009. Before joining the team at Mainline, she was an accountant at Georgia Pacific.
Tafta is married to Robby and has one daughter, Sydney. She enjoys spending time with her family.
Jeni Williams, BSN, RN, Clinical Quality Director of Mainline Health Systems, Inc. graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
She joined Mainline in 2010. Prior to coming to Mainline, she worked as an RN in the cardiac ICU at St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe, LA and also at the Honolulu Medical Group in Honolulu, HI.
Jeni resides in Monticello and loves spending time with her daughter.
Amanda Gilbert, Human Resources Director of Mainline Health Systems Inc., graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello with a Bachelors in Business Administration.
She joined Mainline in 2009 and also serves as the Corporate Compliance Officer for Mainline. Before joining Mainline, she worked in retail management.

Lacy Nowlen, BSN, RN, Director of Nursing for Mainline Health Systems Inc., graduated from Baptist Health School of Nursing in 2008 and then received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas at Monticello.
She joined the Mainline team in 2012. Before joining the Mainline team, she worked at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff, AR as an Intensive Care Nurse.
